By accessing or using the Tap 2 Eat website, dashboard, or any associated digital services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Tap 2 Eat provides a digital platform for restaurant menu discovery and management, including menu browsing, restaurant information, and menu management services for restaurant owners.
Services may be delivered online through our web platform. Tap 2 Eat facilitates the connection between restaurants and customers but does not process orders or handle transactions directly.
Users must be at least 18 years old or obtain verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. By using the Platform, you confirm you have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Lebanese law.
Users may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must notify Tap 2 Eat immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Subscription fees are listed in U.S. Dollars or Lebanese Pounds as indicated. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
Refunds for subscription services are granted only if services were not delivered as agreed, subject to administrative deductions. Contact us at softwareetkan@gmail.com for refund requests.

Tap 2 Eat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or legal obligations.
The Tap 2 Eat platform, including its design, code, and proprietary features, is owned by Tap 2 Eat or its licensors and protected under Lebanese and international copyright law.
Restaurant owners retain ownership of their menu content, including food descriptions, images, and restaurant information. By using the Platform, restaurant owners grant Tap 2 Eat a license to display and host their content for the purpose of providing our services.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform without written permission.
Tap 2 Eat collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Lebanese Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data.
We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at our discretion without prior notice. Tap 2 Eat will make reasonable efforts to inform active users of material changes that affect ongoing services.
To the fullest extent permitted by Lebanese law, Tap 2 Eat and its employees and directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Platform or services.
Tap 2 Eat is not responsible for the accuracy of menu information, food availability, pricing, or any transactions between customers and restaurants. All food orders and transactions are the sole responsibility of the restaurant and customer.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the subscription service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tap 2 Eat from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic, particularly Law 81/2018 and the Lebanese Code of Obligations and Contracts.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
Tap 2 Eat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with the effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
